Two ways to buy
By card, self-serve. Any plan checks out by card in a few minutes, the same as a commercial buyer. Billing is month-to-month with no long-term contract.
By purchase order and invoice. If your office buys on a PO, email hello@ai4cio.ai. We provision the plan, Stripe issues the invoice to your billing contact, and your office pays it on its normal accounts-payable cycle. No meeting, no sales call: the whole exchange is email and an invoice.
How the invoice path works
- Email hello@ai4cio.ai with the plan you want and your PO or requisition number.
- We provision the subscription and Stripe issues an invoice to your billing contact. Net 30 by default. Tell us if your standard terms differ and we will match them.
- Your office pays the invoice on its own cycle. The plan begins when the invoice is paid.
- A person on our side reviews every deliverable before it reaches you, on the invoice path exactly as on the card path. Agents draft the work; a human approves it.

Need a W-9, our remittance details, or a completed vendor information form? Ask at hello@ai4cio.ai and we will send them. We are ElasticD3M, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and all customer data stays in United States regions.
Purchasing thresholds
We describe general purchasing norms only. Your office owns its own procurement determination.
The federal government-wide micro-purchase threshold is $15,000. At or below it, the government purchase card is the preferred method, so most plans are card-purchasable in ordinary micro-purchase practice: the Enterprise plan at $12,995 per month sits under that line. Above the threshold, a purchase order is the usual route, which the email path above handles.
State and local government
Flat, published monthly pricing is built for the way public offices buy. There are no per-seat surprises and no bespoke quote to chase: the plan price you see is the invoice you receive.
Readiness, not certification. For Texas offices, the Charter plan includes readiness artifacts aligned to Texas DIR and TX-RAMP expectations. This is preparation support that helps your team get ready. Vantage AI is not TX-RAMP or DIR certified and claims no affiliation with either program.
Federal-civilian
Federal-civilian offices can buy by card today at or under the micro-purchase threshold. The Charter plan adds federal-civilian alignment artifacts: readiness support that helps your team prepare, not a certification and not an authorization.
Vantage AI does not hold, grant, or certify FedRAMP authorization, and makes no FedRAMP claim of any kind.
Defense and the defense industrial base
CMMC and DoD or DIB contract work is a different product. For that, use ai4cmmc.ai. Vantage AI is the civilian CIO product and routes defense work there by design.
What every buyer gets, however you pay
- U.S. data residency. We do not process or store your data outside United States regions.
